Green Gecko

Geckos represent rebirth and the cycle of life. 
They symbolise hope for rebuilding our own lives, and the  energy and magic of nature. 
Geckos also have the ability of regenerating their body parts, that is why they also represent new beginnings, new opportunities and new life.

Officially known as Naultinus species, but it's much easier to say "green gecko" and they are actually not Australian but found in New Zealand. 
Almost every other type of gecko around the world is nocturnal, brown or grey in colour but the Green Gecko is extremely bright in colour. They  also possess very long, finely tapered, strong tails which they use as a "fifth limb" for grasping when they climb amongst the twigs and leaves of their habitat. They can even hang by their tails if necessary. ........ incredible little things aren't they ......
