S H I P P I N G   A N D   H A N D L I N G

Foxytrot ships to all destinations within Australia and worldwide. We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $100.00 AUD for Australian customers and free standard shipping for all international customers for orders over $250 AUD.
Delivery prices include the cost of shipping, packaging and handling.

If you wish to PICK UP your order from a Market or from my studio in MIRANDA NSW then tap in LOVE LOCAL at checkout. This will give you free postage. 

$6 for a Small Orders (up to $40)

$10 Flat Rate Standard Australian Post for orders $40.01-$99.99

FREE for Australian orders over $100

$25AUD for International Tracked Shipping

FREE international orders over $250AUD

A U S T R A L I A N   S H I P P I N G

Orders will be processed and sent within 3 business days via Standard Australian Post (unless it is a PRE ORDER, custom piece or large scale printing, on which your entire order will be shipped together once goods are ready in the time frame mentioned in the description of goods).
Once your order has been shipped, please allow 5-8 business days to receive your order. Orders sent to rural areas, Western Australia and Northern Territory may take longer. To find out delivery times to your suburb or to request express shipping, please email us at hellofoxytrot@gmail.com

Orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest with the customer. Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs, the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Foxytrot in order to receive a refund. Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

Foxytrot is not responsible for delayed shipping, lost or stolen items, once items have been shipped and a tracking number has been supplied to the customer.

E X C H A N G E S   A N D   R E F U N D S

We will gladly exchange or refund all full-priced items but only within 7 days of receiving your order. All artwork must be sealed and in the original packaging. All clothing must be returned to us unused, unworn, unwashed and with no damage caused to the item.

You are also responsible for covering the costs of the return shipping fee.

Refunds and exchanges will only be processed once returned orders have been received and evaluated on condition.

Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping, unless deemed faulty. Please note we do not refund sale goods, these are final sale items and can't be returned or exchanged.

To apply for a return or exchange, please email us at hellofoxtrot@gmail.com with your original order details along with a reason as to why you wish to return or exchange your purchase.

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or paypal account. Return shipping will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty. Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
