Eastern Blue Tonge Lizard-(Tiliqua scincoides scincoides)
One of Australia’s largest skinks, they are easily recognised by their striking blue tongue, flashed to frighten predators. These slow-moving, ground-dwelling lizardsare omnivores, feeding on insects, snails, flowers and fruit. Unlike many reptiles, they give birth to live young rather than laying eggs.
Created with pencil, watercolour, gouache and pan pastels on thick textured pastel paper. Matches my Eastern Water Dragon artwork perfectly.
All cards have been designed and printed in NSW on 300gsm Premium Embossed Linen.
